Why Choose A Fibreglass Pool In Brisbane?

Fibreglass pools are a popular choice for Australian homes, combining modern design, durability, comfort and easy ongoing maintenance.

At The Fibreglass Pool Company, each fibreglass pool shell is manufactured before being transported to your property for installation. Unlike pools that are built entirely onsite, this means the pool shell is produced in a controlled manufacturing environment before site preparation and installation take place.

The result is a streamlined process and a high-quality fibreglass pool designed to suit Australian backyards and lifestyles.

Planning Your Fibreglass Pool In Brisbane

Choosing the right pool involves more than selecting a shape and colour. From finding an experienced local builder to understanding approvals, equipment and long-term support, there are several things worth considering before your Brisbane pool project begins.

Choosing The Right Pool Builder

Our authorised pool builders in Brisbane provide clear advice, practical support and a straightforward process from quote to installation. They can help you compare fibreglass pool designs, assess your backyard and plan the right pool for your space.

The quality of the pool shell is just as important as the installation itself. The Fibreglass Pool Company manufactures its pools in Australia, with each shell backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty and produced using a multi-layer fibreglass construction system designed for long-term strength and performance. Learn more about our fibreglass pool construction and manufacturing process.

Our local authorised dealers are committed to helping Brisbane homeowners navigate the relevant pool safety and approval requirements. In Queensland, regulated swimming pools must be recorded in the QBCC Pool Safety Register and comply with applicable legislation and safety standards, including:

  • The Building Act 1975
  • Queensland Development Code MP 3.4 – Swimming Pool Barriers
  • Local Brisbane City Council zoning and fencing regulations

We handle all planning approvals and ensure your new pool meets or exceeds these requirements. With our team, you’re not only getting a beautiful pool — you’re getting peace of mind knowing everything is above board and compliant with Queensland law.

A new pool is a long-term investment, so strong warranty protection matters. The Fibreglass Pool Company pool shells are backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty, with an optional Lifetime Internal Warranty available. Your local authorised pool builder may also provide additional warranties covering the installation and associated works.

Fibreglass Pools Brisbane - Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of choosing a fibreglass pool in Brisbane?

Fibreglass pools combine a smooth interior finish, straightforward maintenance and a wide selection of shapes, sizes and colours. Because the pool shell is manufactured before arriving onsite, the process also differs from a pool that is constructed entirely within your backyard.

For Brisbane homeowners, the broad range of small, medium, large, slimline, family and pool-and-spa designs means there are options for many different backyard sizes and lifestyles.

The best size depends on your available backyard area, access, landscaping plans and how you intend to use the pool.

A smaller or slimline design may work well when you want to retain more room around the pool, while medium and larger pools provide additional swimming and recreation space.

You can compare our small pools, medium pools and large pools to start narrowing down your options.

The Fibreglass Pool Company offers an extensive collection of pool designs including family pools, slimline pools, lap pools, pool and spa combinations and larger swimming pools.

Popular options include the Sapphire, Whitehaven, Hampton Grande, Cottesloe, Coral Bay and Hamilton Slimline Series, with many additional designs available across the complete range.
