The Fibreglass Pool Company made the administration for our Hampton Grande pool easy and took care of all council requirements with equal ease. The model pool we chose was perfect for our backyard and before long we were digging the hole for our new pool. While there were communication hiccups at times, and having brought these up they were not always acknowledged by the Company. However, the absolute pristine pool we have trumps all of those minor speed bumps. The pool is amazing and we can’t be more grateful to the Fibreglass Pool Company for helping us provide a wonderful legacy for our home.

Our pool construction started on the 8th September 2025 and completed with handover on the 16th October 2025. During that period we were extremely satisfied with every stage of the project. We were impressed with the professional work ethics of every site personnel involved. The build site at the end of each day was kept tidy with the debris kept neat in a pile, ready for removal at the end of the project. The communication from the office staff was exceptional with the email correspondence, keeping us informed as to the next timeline of the build. Having had good weather, each phase moved smoothly and on time to the next stage. From our initial meeting with the informative Sales Associate Daniel, to our Supervisor Rod, both clearly proud to be part of the team, we highly recommend The Fibreglass Pool Company to any new client looking for their dream pool. From start to finish we had no problems or complaints to make about the Fibreglass Pool Company. We were given a great competitive price, not to mention the bonus's we recieved during our purchase period. The pool finish is way better than our first pool and the warrenty given is all inclusive.

Everything started and was completed as per the schedule(weather permittng) and the staff were on the ball with the process and completion dates. The pool is fantastic, the company made sure the clean up was done properly and the handover was seamless. We had a great instructional afternoon with the companies rep on how to set up and run the filter and associated tasks.

My wife and I would like to thank the Fibreglass Pool Company for following through on what they promised and we have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone thinking about purchasing a pool.
