My husband & I had a 4m x 3.3m Hampton Series pool installed by Port Pools by Design in 2024 & we are so happy with it. The pool is the perfect size, well designed & easy to maintain.

The Fibreglass Pool Company have been fabulous from the start. Every stage was easy and they worked around restrictions we had while we were building. It was such a quick process and were very helpful in getting us our dream pool. Their communication, punctuation and professionalism were great and we highly recommend them. We are having so much fun in the pool already!!

We were in Brisbane overnight from interstate and as we’re currently in the process of installing a pool at home, decided to visit The Fibreglass Pool Company’s display centre. Although we’ll be building interstate(using one of The Fibreglass Pool Company shells)we wanted to see the range in person.
We arrived unannounced and were welcomed straight away. The gentleman at the front desk as you walk in - unfortunately we can’t remember his name was exceptionally knowledgeable and generous with his time. He knew we weren’t purchasing locally, yet he still walked us through the options, finishes and practical considerations with complete professionalism.
The display centre itself is impressive and well worth a visit, but what stood out most was the service. If we were based locally, we would not hesitate to work with them directly.
We left feeling informed, confident and genuinely appreciative of the guidance we received. Highly recommended.

I would like to say a big thank you to Wes & all the team that were involved with our pool build we started the build on the 20th of january 26 & the pool was handed over on the 11 of feburary 26 . From start to finish everybody was so awesome to deal with , our pool build was a challange from getting it dug not level ground to getting pool down our 300 mtr driveway (2 hrs) everything went so smooth after that . We absolutely love it . You guys were amazing with keeping us informed every step of the way . We will totally be recommending you guys to all our friends & family . Keep up the awesome work you do . We are very happy with our new fibreglass pool. The whole process was great, informed at every step and process. Thankyou everyone. We still have some landscaping to to but very happy.

From start to finish the process to out dream pool was seamless. I can not thank The Fibreglass Pool company and Corey enough.

The Fibreglass Pool Company made the administration for our Hampton Grande pool easy and took care of all council requirements with equal ease. The model pool we chose was perfect for our backyard and before long we were digging the hole for our new pool. While there were communication hiccups at times, and having brought these up they were not always acknowledged by the Company. However, the absolute pristine pool we have trumps all of those minor speed bumps. The pool is amazing and we can’t be more grateful to the Fibreglass Pool Company for helping us provide a wonderful legacy for our home.
